Oscar and Juan Gálvez car racing track

Argentina's most important motor racing venue, site of many Formula 1 Gran Prix.

The Autódromo Oscar y Juan Gálvez pays homage to the two local brothers who made this mark in motor racing. Between 1947 and 1960, the Gálvez brothers won 14 touring championships, a landmark in the sport in Argentina.

The track was opened by Argentine president Juan Domingo Perón in March 1952 and hosted the Argentine Formula 1 Gran Prix and motorcycling Gran Prix many times. The track currently hosts the main high-speed categories in Argentina, including Turismo Carretera, TC 2000, Top Race, Turismo Nacional.
