Museum of Architecture and Design (MARQ)

Created by a local architects' association and housed in a former century water tower.

Created by the Central Architects' Association in the year 2000, the Museum of Architecture and Design is housed in a former water tower that formed part of the Retiro railway complex. The five-storey building, constructed in 1915, is a fine example of Argentina's railway architecture. The museum forms part of the Museum Mile.

Open Tuesdays - Sundays, 2pm - 8pm

Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
